I'm an existing client and need to talk to my coach. How do I reach them directly?

If you are an active coaching client, you already have a direct, secure line of communication. You should use the dedicated messaging portal inside your private client dashboard on our website or the secure communication app specified in your onboarding. This system is designed for your privacy and ensures your messages go straight to your coach and aren’t lost in a general inbox.

Is there a phone number I can call to speak to someone?

To maintain the highest level of privacy, security, and to ensure we have your inquiry documented correctly, we do not offer support or consulting via a public-facing phone line. All initial consultations and serious inquiries are scheduled through a structured process. This allows us to be prepared, give you our undivided attention, and handle your sensitive information with the care it deserves. You can schedule a free introductory discovery call through the LIVE chart support, which uses a secure booking system.

I have a sensitive question about my health and a specific protocol. How can I ask this privately?

Your privacy is paramount. The only appropriate way to discuss sensitive, personal health information is after you have become a client through our secure, encrypted client communication channels. We cannot and will not provide specific personal advice via public email, social media DMs, or comments. This protects you and complies with ethical guidelines. The initial discovery call is for discussing our services and your goals in general terms, not for diagnosing or planning. For personalized strategy, the formal client relationship must be established first.

I submitted a contact form / email but haven't heard back. What should I do?

First, please check your Spam or Promotions folder—our responses sometimes land there. If it’s been more than 48 business hours and you see nothing, feel free to send a polite follow-up to the same address. Ensure you’re writing from the email address you want us to use. For form submissions, always double-check that you entered your email correctly. Our small team is dedicated to responding to every serious inquiry.
